An Intro to crystals Part I Nov 21st 2020 In this introductory workshop, you will work with a variety of crystals, explore meditation and how to balance your own chakras.

You will understand how to choose your crystals, how to look after them and incorporate these semi-precious stones into your everyday life.

Jeannie is a qualified crystal healer and reflexologist; who runs a number of workshops and meditation evenings throughout the year in Southsea. Jeannies passion is helping others embark on their own crystal journey towards self-discovery and fulfilment.
