I’m a qualified ACHO registered crystal healer and AOR registered reflexologist. My passion is helping others embark on their own crystal journey towards self-discovery and fulfilment. I also run a number of crystal healing workshops and meditation evenings throughout the year.
My Journey
It all began whilst I was pregnant with my second child; that I fell in love with this powerful yet gentle therapy of Reflexology.
It began my journey into holistic therapy & looking at the whole body, the mind & the spirituality of the person to increase wellbeing.
Mind.
Body.
Soul.
Since then I have developed a passion for energy healing through Reiki & crystal healing. Bring the mind, the body & soul into alignment. All of my treatments are energy-based & encourage YOUR body to heal whilst quietening your mind.

In 2023 I created the Solecare Healing Academy; with the focused direction of Finding the Fire Within. I believe everyone has the power inside to relearn a healthier & more fulfilling way of living. It is about unlearning what society has taught us & listening to our hearts to create a world that is the most fulfilling.

I love bringing together like-minded people through workshops & outings to sacred sites within England. I host workshops on Crystal Energy, Lunar Living & an annual charitable event “Wild Soul Retreat”.
I currently have a waitlist for my Reflexology & Crystal Healing Diplomas for 2025.
I love my job, I care about my clients deeply and love hearing success stories. It is my job to help lead you into your true existence where your heart sings loudly; it is only then you can help others & create conscious, beautiful connections.
