  • Initial Crystal Consultation

    Are you needing universal guidance?

    An initial crystal consultation last for 90 minutes and involves a deeper consultation and creating a plan for individuals to work with to create the life they want. It involves crystals, meditation and other tools. You will leave with a plan and a personalised crystal collection.

  • Reflexology

    Reflexology is a relaxing, natural, holistic therapy which promotes a sense of wellbeing.

    It is based on the theory that there are reflexes on the feet correspond to organs, systems and structures within the body. Whilst reflexology cannot diagnose or treat specific illnesses, by using special pressure techniques it stimulates the balance of the body and mind. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms; which results in an overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

    I specialise in preconception, maternity and postnatal care. I have also had Reiki training to further enhance my treatments.

    This reflexology treatment is a 45-55 minute treatment.
