Holding a gathering — any gathering — is an act of profound vulnerability.
People often see the candles, the altar, the crystals, the carefully woven atmosphere…
But few see what it takes to make that space possible.
Gathering people is a weaving of logistics, emotions, spirituality, intuition, and energetic alignment.
It’s not just hosting.
It’s opening your heart, your purpose, your magic — and trusting that others will step into it.
And that is one of the most tender forms of leadership.
When you create a circle, you are quietly saying:
“This work matters to me.
It has changed me.
I believe it can change you too.”
That’s a brave thing to declare.
Because every invitation you send is a small opening of your heart.
Every booking breathes life into the vision.
Every question brings a moment of reckoning — is this needed? am I being seen?
Every cancellation or no touches an old bruise, even if you don’t want it to.
And yet you keep going.
Not because it’s easy.
But because something inside you refuses to stay small.
Every time you hold circle, something in you cracks open.
Not in a breaking way — in an unfurling way.
For many of us, the work of gathering people is born from the wound of not belonging.
The wound that whispers you’re too much, too quiet, too mystical, too emotional, too strange, too deep.
My circles were born from that wound too.
A wound that no longer controls me, but still echoes softly as a reminder of where I’ve come from.
Every time I stand in the centre of a circle, I reclaim my truth.
I reclaim the belief that I am meant to do this work.
That this is my dharma — my soul path — and I am walking it willingly.
And something always shifts.
- In me.
- In them.
- In the unseen spaces between us.
Sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly… but always undeniably.
Because when we gather with intention, something new is born.
- A new version of ourselves.
- A braver one.
- One less afraid of who we were before we stepped into the space.
This is the magic of circle.
This is why I keep creating gatherings.
This is why I will never stop.
They are invitations into becoming.
For me.
For you.
For all of us.
