Not everyone blooms in March.
While the world speaks of fresh starts and bright energy, some of us are still walking through winter internally.
This is where Persephone meets us.
Persephone is the goddess who knows both worlds; the light of spring and the depth of the underworld.
Her story reminds us that we cannot rush our return.
Sometimes we are still:
- Processing loss
- Shedding an identity
- Rebuilding after burnout
- Letting go of what no longer fits
And that is not a weakness. It is integration.
If you feel like everyone else is sprinting into spring while you are still gathering yourself; you are not behind.
You are transitioning.
Persephone teaches that the descent is sacred. The return happens in its own timing.
So instead of forcing action, try this:
Journal.
Ask yourself:
- What am I still grieving?
- What part of me is not ready to surface yet?
- What does my inner winter need before I bloom again?
This month, my 28-Day Journaling Course is half price for March, because reflection is sometimes the most powerful step forward.
Get it here:
You don’t have to rush your becoming.
Honour your winter. Your spring will follow.
